friendly staff extra towels central location

The reception staff were always so friendly and helpful! a gentleman at the front desk even gave us extra towels after we got soaked in the rain, it was a very kind gesture. the location was excellent. It allowed for easy walking to plaza mayor, grand via, and el retiro.

The room felt much smaller than the photos suggested, especially with the long, narrow hallway taking up most of the space. the bathroom looked quite old. I think it could use some updates.

The hotel is ideally situated. It's really central to everything i wanted to see. the hotel provides convenient access to key attractions and restaurants. I found the surrounding area to be safe and walkable.

The room was clean and well-kept, it had everything i needed! the bed was comfortable, ensuring a restful sleep after a long day of sightseeing. i liked the simple decor and appreciated the fresh linens provided daily. The room created a calming atmosphere.

The staff were super friendly and always ready to assist with any questions i had. breakfast was a pleasant start to the day. I loved the selection. their warm and approachable demeanor. I felt very welcomed.

the staff showed real care they served coffee and breads at breakfast maintaining a cozy standard i appreciated the central location main attractions were easily accessible on foot with a good fare including breakfast making it budget-friendly. the front desk staff were helpful the room also had a desk with options for working

the street noise was quite loud even with windows closed coming from outside my room affected sleep quality the poor sound insulation meant i heard conversations from nearby rooms so it was disruptive for resting and relaxing

central location friendly staff luggage storage street view

The location impressed me. It was close to the sol metro station. staff were friendly. they stored luggage after check-out. i enjoyed the balcony overlooking a street with tapas restaurants.

the hotel had some noise at night, so earplugs are recommended.

Excellent location and great breakfast

central location fresh juice helpful staff

The location was fantastic. I walked everywhere. The breakfast was amazing with fresh orange juice. The staff were friendly and helpful (especially with directions).
